2️⃣ Core Assembly

• High-grade      CRGO or amorphous metal cores are carefully cut, stacked, and assembled      for minimal losses and high magnetic efficiency.

3️⃣ Winding Process

• High-conductivity      copper or aluminum windings are precisely wound, insulated, and dried      under controlled conditions for maximum electrical performance and      reliability.

4️⃣ Tank Fabrication & Painting

• Robust      transformer tanks are fabricated from premium steel, treated with      anti-corrosion coatings, and painted for long-term durability.

5️⃣ Insulation & Impregnation

• State-of-the-art      vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) and drying processes ensure insulation      integrity and moisture resistance.

6️⃣ Assembly & Integration

• Core-coil      assembly, tanking, bushing installation, and final assembly are executed      with precision and care.

7️⃣ Testing & Quality Assurance

• Routine,      type, and special tests are conducted as per IS/IEC standards, including      voltage ratio, winding resistance, insulation resistance, temperature      rise, and impulse tests.

8️⃣ Dispatch & After-Sales Support

• Transformers      are safely packaged, transported, and supported with installation      guidance, commissioning, and AMC services.
